These terms detail the responsibilities of website users and Campusalam.

Definitions
"We" and "us" refer to Campusalam.org and the Lokahi Foundation.
"Website and services" mean the website campusalam.org and its subdomains and the services that the website provides to uses.
"You" refers to users of the website and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
When you visit, use and/or register to post content on campusalam.org, you hereby agree that you have read and understood, and that you agree to these Terms of Service. Your use of the website and services provided by Campusalam and the Lokahi Foundation constitute your agreement to the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and Campusalam Community Standards. If you do not agree with these documents, you are required to stop using the website and services provided.

2. Eligibility
If you are under the age of 16 or considered a minor under local legislation, you are not eligible to use and/or register as a user of the website and services provided without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Non-commercial Use
You may not use the website and services for commercial purposes. You agree that you will not post any unauthorized or unsolicited bulk e-mail solicitations, chain letters, advertisements, marketing or promotional materials. You may not spam us or other users of the website and services, and you may not use or collect other users e-mail addresses or phone numbers through the website, or gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our or any website visitor's computer system.

4. Content Submission
Campusalam.org allows you to submit, edit and make available information and content. When you submit any information or materials, e.g. text, comments, suggestions, ratings, pictures, images, icons, photographs, graphics, videos, and the like, you understand and agree that you are solely and fully responsible for any and all aspects of the Content submitted, including but not limited to its legality, appropriateness and non-infringement of third party intellectual property rights. Campusalam.org and the Lokahi Foundation shall not be liable in any way for such Content. You agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations applicable to your use of the website and service. Such laws and regulations include, without limitation, those governing copyright, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others' computer or communication systems.

You agree that content you post on the website or services will not contain any material and you will not send any such messages to any other user or to us that is unlawful, libelous, slanderous, defamatory or invasive of another person's right of privacy or right of publicity, or that we may reasonably deem harmful, vulgar, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, objectionable with respect to race, religion, creed, national origin or gender, or otherwise unfit for publication. Such content will be removed and the user responsible may be banned from using the website.

5. Respecting the Privacy of Others
Please use good judgment in choosing appropriate subjects and subject matter for any Content submissions to the website. Privacy laws may protect individuals with respect to their being mentioned, photographed or videotaped. Campusalam.org and the Lokahi Foundation shall have no obligation to monitor any of the Content provided by you to us and/or to the website and services, but may do so at our discretion. We are not able to guarantee full monitoring of the material posted and published on profiles, contributions, events and comments by the users.

We are not affiliated with the content submitted by users of the website and services in any way and we shall not be regarded as a publisher of said content.

Your use of public forums like profiles, contributions, events, and comments is at your own risk and you are responsible for all and any actions you take based on information gained on the website and services.

You agree that Campusalam.org and the Lokahi Foundation reserve the right to limit or prevent content submission or use of the website and services and/or delete any content without prior notice. We may impose instructions, limitations or other guidance concerning content submission and use of services at any time.

7. License to Submitted Content
When you submit content you agree to grant us worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free and assignable license to use, reproduce and have reproduced, modify and have modified, publicly perform and publicly display such content on our website, official reports or promotions affiliated with Campusalam.org and the Lokahi Founadtion. Others uses of content you have submitted will only be with your prior written consent.

8. Links
Although the website and service allows you to provide links to web sites on the World Wide Web owned and operated by third parties we have no control over the content of such third party sites and cannot assume any responsibility or liability for material created or published by such third-party sites. A link to a third-party site does not imply that we endorse the site or the products and services provided on such third-party site.

Upon following a link to a third-party site please review the applicable terms and conditions for that site before using the site.

9. Campusalam Content
The website includes content made available by Campusalam.org and its partners. All intellectual property rights and other proprietary rights to Campusalam Content are retained by Campusalam.org and the Lokahi Foundation. Reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of part or all content in any form must be with proper citation of Campusalam.org. If you are not sure if your use of Campusalam Content is acceptable, contact us.

10. Proprietary Rights
The website and services created by Campusalam as well as Campusalam Content are copyright. Please note that individual documents and/or services provided on the website may be subject to additional terms indicated in connection with the documents and/or services.

11. Your Account, Password and Security
When you register as a user of the website you will be assigned a user account with your personal user name and password. Your registration is personal and cannot be transferred. Only one registration is allowed per person. If more than one account was found by the same person, we reserve the right to terminate any or all of them.

You acknowledge and agree that the Service will be available and is provided to you based on the information provided by you upon registration as a user of the Service. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date, including, but not limited to, contact information, in order to enable proper and accurate Service.

Actions taken using your valid user name and/or password, are assumed by us to be taken by you and thus you are personally responsible for such actions.

If your user name and/or password is compromised, or if you become aware of any un-authorized use of your account or other breach of security, you are responsible for promptly notifying us. You can notify us through our contact page. You can also change the password yourself by accessing your profile. You may not use anyone else's account at any time or permit anyone else to use your account (subject to the exception of parental guidance set forth in Section 2 "Eligibility").

12. Terminating User Accounts
You may at any time terminate your registration on Campusalam.org. Please note that if you choose to terminate your registration, you will no longer have access to posting content on the website. The content you have submitted shall remain on the website unless you request in writing through our contact page that it be removed. Upon your request, all information stored in your account will be permanently deleted.

13. Limitation of Liability
The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available". No warranty, either express or implied, is made in relation to the accuracy, reliability or contents of the website or services.

14. Indemnity
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD US, OUR AFFILIATES, TRUSTEES, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM OR DEMAND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES, MADE BY ANY THIRD PARTY DUE TO OR ARISING OUT OF CONTENT YOU SUBMIT, POST, LINK, TRANSMIT OR OTHERWISE MAKE AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES OR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES.

15. Breach of these Terms of Service
In the event we deem, at our sole discretion, that you are in whatsoever manner in breach of these TOS or any other applicable terms and notices, we shall take any action of whatsoever nature, as we may deem at our exclusive discretion appropriate, to address your breach, including without limitation removal of content, termination of registration, prevention of access and any legal action in any competent authority or court. Specifically, we have the right to terminate your right to use the website and service without notice at any time for any reason at our sole discretion.

16. Availability of the Service and Modification of the Terms of Service
The website and services are available solely as decided by us and may be subject to maintenance breaks and any other kinds of actions. We may remove any information, including but not limited to personal data or data, material or content provided by any of the users, any other data or material or terminate the Site and/or Service or any part thereof at any time at our sole discretion.

We may from time to time amend these Terms of Service or change, modify or withdraw access to this website or its content at any time with or without notice. We recommend that you visit this Terms of Service page from time to time to learn of any such changes.

17. Non-Waiver and Severability
The invalidity of a provision of these Terms of Service or any other applicable terms and notices shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision which comes closest to the result and purpose of these Terms of Service or any other applicable terms and notices. These Terms of Service shall neither exclude nor limit any of your mandatory rights in your country of residence.

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
