Being a fan of gadgets, especially my lovely iPhone, I wanted to share this new app with you. Zabihah - The World's largest guide to Halal Restaurants & Mosques. How cool is that!

An application that brings tens of thousands of reviews and confirmed Halal listings to the iPhone App Store.
This new app brings users a list of the nearest Halal restaurants, markets, and mosques, complete with driving directions, map views, reader reviews, and contact information. Users can also save records as contacts, share information with friends, and shake the phone to refresh listings.
Taking ten years collecting more than 10,000 listings and 30,000 reviews from all over the world, including North America, the UK and Europe, Australia/New Zealand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and many other locations.

You know what this looks amazing- there is an interesting article in Time Maganize called "Inside the Global Halal Economy" worth over 1 trillion each year, including banking, hotels, food, clothing, makeup. To quote Akon "Cause we're taking over -one sea at a time"...Metaphorically of course...
