Over the past three years of working on university campuses, we’ve made some startling discoveries, and not just about the quality of the food.
Since 2008, Campusalam has been supporting UK university students of faith and university staff with resources, skills and advice on contributing to positive change on campus.
People like to say that university students are the leaders of the future.
We think they are leaders already, with lots to teach our communities about working positively with people
from other faiths, cultures and countries. In refectories, in prayer rooms, in chaplaincies and in lecture halls we’ve heard and witnessed story after inspiring story of building bridges and
working together.
We want to support this growing, inspirational movement.
For the next three years, Campusalam will partner with 10 universities, offering customised support for faith and belief societies to work together, and to the students' unions and staff which support them.
We want you to be inspired just as we are, so we’re collecting resources for bridge-building and examples of positive relations on campus. These will be shared online across campuses
and with our national partners.
Are our campuses sites of suspicion or examples of harmony?
