- When are my target audience usually free, and willing to come to events – what time of day, evening or night, which day of the week, which time of year?
- Are there any religious holidays, major school holiday times, major sporting events or finals, exams or other events that might compete with my event? Are any other organisations holding a similar event at the same time? Do a web search and other forms of research to make sure.
- More positively, are there religious holidays or other events that it would be good to link your event to?
