If you want to take some risks but prevent certain kinds of problems, it can be useful to spend a few moments thinking creatively or analytically about how you can prevent some of these problems through the way that the event is organised, or its format.

Here are some specific suggestions for ways to prevent disruptive or destructive behaviour through imaginative programme design - click the links at the left:
