So you an avoid the problem pictured above(!), Onyeka and James will be available eight hours a week according to this schedule. The schedule is based on the times that most of you are available in the next month.
Schedule for Support: September 7 – October 4
Mondays: 15:30-16:30
Tuesdays: 18:00-19:00, 21:00-22:00 (Jonathan – except September 29)
Wednesdays: 13:00-14:00
Thursdays: 17:00-19:00, 21:00-22:00 (Jonathan – except October 1)
Fridays: 16:30-17:30
Sundays: 19:00-21:00 (except September 27)
How to get support
Step 1: Email a description of your problem or question to BOTH Onyeka and James:

Step 2: James or Onyeka will reply to you by email during the next tech support session.
Step 3: If you are still having trouble, log in during the support session to GoToMeeting
Step 4: If you still cannot resolve the problem, James or Onyeka will plan either a follow-up session or will send an email to Jonathan at js@lokahi.org.uk requesting advice. Any problems that cannot be solved by tech support go to Jonathan as the Project Manager.
Important Note: Onyeka and James are ONLY available during the times in the schedule. If you send them an email on Monday at 17:00, the earliest you could expect to receive a reply is
Tuesday at 18:00 (the next scheduled session).
Please also note that tech support is available for help with the online module, editing and uploading videos and your cameras. It does not cover other computer problems you may be having! Please limit your questions to those relevant to our project.
