Evaluation

It is very useful for yourselves and other stakeholder when you evaluate an event. Ask yourself some simple questions to decide how succesful it was.

Make your own assessment of how the event went.

  • What worked?
  • What didn't?
  • Did anything go wrong, and how was it handled?
  • Could it have been handled differently with more success?
  • Could anything have prevented it that you could do next time?


If you used feedback or evaluation forms, read them and analyse the contents.

  • What lessons are learned?
  • What will you do differently next time?
  • What worked?
  • What new ideas or suggestions can you use?
