Tasks After the Event

Your event has ended, but theres lots more ypu could be getting from the experience. Lots of little jobs, including bills,contact logging etc are left.

  • Write, email or phone your speakers or performers to thank them.
  • Thank your team, supporters, sponsors or donors.
  • Pay any remaining bills or invoices.
  • Debrief any 'stakeholders' you promised to see afterwards.
  • If appropriate contact any attendees. Did you promise to take something forward? Pass on any further information? Do you want to keep in touch with them and get them involved in future events?
  • Any follow-up action, projects, things to carry forward so that the day was not just a talking shop?
